after midnight, Around 10 o'clock wex.in morning, unoffi-
cial notice of reprieve from Court of Appeals at Cleve-
land received, Court believed to have ‘misunderstood
date of execution, Was leader of gang that killed xe 5
policemen in Akron, Chiavarro, subsequently executed,
also member of gang. (Possibly Mazzano and Borgia, also
executed were too but must be checked)
