12-29-70 (2:3) which says that he was a 21 year
old negro, that the crime was committed in '67
and that the victim's name was Adolph Deutsch.

miscreant's neck a notorious prostitute, whose best cus-
tomer he had been, was allowed to come up on the scaf-
