DUMAS, Charlie

Dumas, a 29-year-old black man, was firstesentéenced to the Oklahe oma
State Prison from Kingfisher Co. in June, 1928, for a term of three
years on a grand larceny charge. After his rbhease, he was sentenced
again from Caddo Co, to. a term of two years for burglary in 1932,
