HZ Indian, henged Nantucket Island, MA, 1743. See MAB&ME
under Nantucket Island.
According to Case # 33710, Mass. State Archives, he was
a repeat offender. He was convicted of manslaughter on
June 16, 1732, and allowed benefit of Cleggy and burned
in had. At that time hed murdered another Indian, Yethro
Quonset, on Jan. 29, 1732, by beating him to death with
a piece of firewood.

Second case by order of Governor's Council on June 23, 174%
Trial ordered to be held in August. Evidently condemned
& executed oa or about 8/31/1743. Executkon confirmed.
