UMURDERzOn Thursday, the 15th inst., Jordan W.
S m7, constable in Hertford Co, (NC), having
several warrants against Aaron Moore,proceeded
to his house, in order to serve them; some time
after it was known that Morgan had gone to Moore
information was communicated in the néishborhood
by a negro, that Morgen was lying dead near
Moore's fence, and about 100 yards from his
house. From the well known deprave character of
Moore, he was suspected as the murderer, and on
being arrested, circumstantial evidence avpeared
