robbed the manager of Ken Theatre when he was taking the
receipts, totaling $637.15 to bank, with Mika and Tala-
rico shooting and killing Officer William ©, Wilson in
the processe Talarico's attorneys claimed he had suffered
a head injury, was backwood in school, epileptic and a
psychiatrist testifed that he was a mental defective.
