CARMOSINO, Fred, LEONELLI, Nicholas, and MANGTA@ELE,
Ferdinand,
Carmosino (19), Leonelli (23), and Mangiawele (Hp), all
white, electrocuted Sing Sing Prison (Bronx) on July 2,
1931, Had killed Samuel Bruder, a butcher. Bruder fa-
tally shot in holdup of his Bronx shop in 1930 and then
locked in an icebox, Leonelliwent to death pale but
walking firmly; Mangianele, wearing a white carnation and
smiling; and Oarmosino also wearing white carnation,
Mangianele spent the morning fashioning a revolver out of
soap and asked permission of Warden Lawes to give it to
Francis ("Two Gun") Crowley also on death row, Permission
