KUSHMIERUK, John May 25, 1913

White (Jewish), 20-years-old, electrocuted Sing Sing (Ess-
ex County) on May 23, 1918. Native of Russia. Murdered

a farmer, Part of evidence was that he had farmer's watch
in his possession, Was working and boarded with farmer,
Drinking at time of crime. Accomplice (?) awaiting execu-
tion also, They set out to rob only. This condensed
