cuted, Ga, State Prison (Fulton County) on Sept. 17, 195h.
Convicted of robbery by force, Accosted a woman in Atlan-
ta when she left trolley in 1952, attacking with a knife
and ripping clothing, Took $1.50 and four bus tokens,
Woman beaten and throat cut, injuring her critically,
Booker arrested 9 months later on another charge and picke
by her from police lineup, Tried only on armed robbery
count and convicted, Appealed and affirmed (77 SOUTHEAST
ERN (2nd) 505). (Nothing on case.)
