McDONALD, Michael

McDonald, a 2h-year-old white beef carrier employed by the Eastman
Company in their New York slaughter house, got drunk on his pay day,
May 1, 1898, and spent all of his money. He returned to the slaugh-
ter house and confronted the time keeper, Stephen Titus, and deman-
ded several dollars which he claimed was due to him in overtime
