Details: Newton, the boy sentenced to be hung on
Friday last, was executed according to
his sentence. We learn that he made no confesston and
we may infer from that fact that he recetved a just
punishment for his heinous offence. He manifested un-
der the gallows great calmness and btd farewell to hts
