Black, 22, electrocuted at the Georgia State Prison (E-
manuel County) on June 6, 1952, for the murder of A, T.
Horton, Jre Appeal: 70 SE (2) X9& 598=GA.BK. & MAG.EX.
On night of 6-18-1951, Horton asked Wise to leave and
stay away from his place of business H&KHH because of the
disturbances he had created. Wise returned with rifle
and shot and killed MZ## Horton as he was closing his
cafe. Horton was white, Wise arrested later that night
near Madison, Gae
