20-year-old white man, electrocuted Sing Sing Prison
(Erie County) on 12-19-1916, On Sunday preceding sche-
duled date of execution of 12-22 be moved up so that
family and fellow inmates feblings might be dulled as
little as possible be moved up, Consequently, he and
another condemned murderer electrocuted on 12=19, The
other man, Millstein, went first, Both went calmlye
Kumrow shot to death a barge watchman in Buffalo with
robbery as a motive, His father had gone to Sing Sing
on Monday but was unable to see his son before execution,
Body returned to Buffalo for burial, Youth's mother was
