Offence: Storehouse Robbery

Location: Northumberland Co.

Ex Date: 4—18—1 745

Details: Altas Stubb. Slave of Hannah Downing. Val-

uation X40. Condemned for breaking into
Richard Smith's smokehouse and stealing his meats. Had
previously had Benefit of Clergy on an unrelated charge.
On 10-4-43 he was burnt in the hand and given 39 stripes
for a felony housebreaking rap.
