DAVIS, Herring,

Black, 40, electrocuted Georgia State Prison (Meriwether
County) on June 2, 1960, for the murder of George F,
Hall, Sre, who he shot with a ,22-rifle, Robbery was the
motive and Hall was shot in the back with Davis then rob-
bing him of $8.75. Hall's body was found of the dam at
his mill, having been shot in back of head with bullet
