HICKS, Edward September 10, 1942,

Black, 21, electrocuted Sing Sing (Kings), 9-10-19)2.
Affirmed, memo, on 3 NE -2= 716 after being previously
reversed 38 NE =2= 182, Hicks, with his brother, Miles,
murdered Max Graboff. The brothers worked in a garage,
mt did not make enough money to support Edwardts two
children, Robbed their victim and Edward Hicks struck
him over the head with a piece of steel, killing him.
The brothers claimed that had drunk cheap whiskey before
the murder.
