Mary Musto,..ehas been in jail at Hollidaysburg since

his arrest April 7, 1943. He shot and killed Mrs, Musto

as she was walking from the main entrance of the court

house. The killing was the climax of a support hearing

in which Musto was directed to pay support to Mrs, Musto

and children...Musto, whom Warden Henry H, Delozier says

remains in good spirits at the jail, has been visited at

intervals by his brother and an Altoona priest. They k
