McKee, a white man, was convicted of killing W. 2,
Billingsley, a Sparenberg, tex., merchant, in 1930. McKee
had sought to rob a filling station owned by a widow and
her crippled son and when M&K&és Billingsley attempted to
thwart the robbery, McKee killed him. He was electrocuted
at the MAE Texas State Prison at ‘untsville on 1-8-1932.
