WOn duly 25, 1761, Peter Sueman, Nicholas Andrews,
Yost Plecker, Adam Graves, Henry Shett, John George
Graves and Casper fritchie were sentenced to. be. hanged fo
high-treason,. They were to carried to the jail in Fred-
ericktown and hanged therein, They were then to be cut
down to the earth alive and their entrails taken out and
burnt while they were yet alive, their hands were to be
cut off, their bodies divided into four parts and their
“heads and bodies placed where his exeellency, the Gover-
nor should approve, These sentences were carried out on
three of them. The others were pardoned,"
