Unionville, Victim was widow of David Nusbaum; two of
her sons returned home from school to @dind mother and

he had more money than usual, $150 was found in his

in snow were found to match his boots which had been
mended in a certain way and he had been seen to load
one barrel of his gun with slugs and the other with shot
the previous day and each victim had been shot with
these materials repectively. same paper, 6-22-1864 says
full confession is published in pamphlet form. Issue
