An ex-convict wanted at the time in Milwaukee for theft,
2heyear-old Feuger called Dr. Edward Roy Bartels of
Dubuque, Lae, and lured the physician from his home on
the pretext of an emergency. He Hidnapped the doctor,
stole his automobile and khot him in the head. Appre-=
hended in the slain phgsician's car in Birmingham, Ala.,
Feuger was returned to Iowa where he was hanged in the
