Offence: Burglary

Location: Port wobacco, (Ghaniles: Co.)

Result: Hanged June 26th 1782

Details Jack was a Sillave on Mr. Samuel Marshals

He was condemned in Nov. 1781 for burg-
larizing the house of William Whittier on 12-1-80.
Nearly a year passed between the time of the crime
and time of the trial and seven months passed be-
tween the time of condemnation and the execution.
Reasons unknown. Jack's value was set at #125 cur-
