| Green, a 22-year-old resident of Layton, Utah, returned
home early on the morning of Jan. 4:, 1930, and found his
18-year-old wife, Anna, in bed with his 38-year-old Uncle,
James Greene He shot and killed both of them and when his
mother rushed into the room, he killed her also. Green
alaimed that he could not remember whet happened, bit he
was sentenced to death and died by the firing squad on
duty 104-1936; :
