Henrico Coynty, Va., Court of Oyer and Terminer
on Dec. 4, 1792, convicted Harry, slave of Jos-
eph Kay of administering poison and sentenced
him to be hanged on January 11, 1793, valuing
him at 60 pounds, Execution certified by Dep.
Sh, Samuel Mosby. Also attached is an order
making Samuel Paine and Alexander Kay the Ad-
Ministrators of the estate of Joseph Kay, de-
ceased.
