"On Thursday last (Aug. 5), two Negro men named Caesar
and Alloboy belong to Mr. Wm.e Romsey and Company, were
tried by Thomas Dale and Robert Austin, Esqs., two of

his Majesty's Justices of the Peace and Mr. John Fraser,
Capt. Isaac Holmes and Mr, Henry Perroneau, Jit¥s » being
