county jail, condemned to die in the electric chair on
Wednesday morning for criminal assault upon Mrs, Anna
Ferguson last June, will be removed to the state peniten-
tiary Tuesday afternoon, The condemned man says that he
is pre ared to die as he has mdeup with his Maker, So
far Ewing has shown no signs of going to the chair fear-
