when he jumped upon running board of car & told him to
"Stick 'em up", Robbed Foster of $3.00 and attmpted
to pull girl from car when deceased interfered & washit
on head with barrel of pistol, Again tried to pull her
from car, and Foster interfered & was shot. Later tried
to hold up another couple & man fired shot which struck
him in leg & he was taken to hospital, Had same unusual
cartridges in pistol taken from ene at hospital as those
