Martial held the 9th inst. one PETER PICKMAN
FRYE, a soldier of Capt, King’ s Company in
Col, Marshall’ s regiment, being found guilty
of deserting from his regiment with a design
to have gone to the enemy, was sentencedto be
Shot, which is to he put in. execution on Thurs-
