CORD, Feb. 21: "They walked to their death with a steady
step and as bold a visage as would a Roman General stri-
ding to his triumph; no harrowing shrinking from the
fatal noose, no agonizang death throes; Cole, young, not
ill-looking; Schoop, old and gray-headed"; "Schoop's body
turned over to the State Anatomical Boardrto be given to
one of the medical colleges"; his wife "in a lunatic
