Entry dated 5-5-1841 in Minutes of Bergen County Board
of Freeholders:

"George H. Brinkerhoff Esq., Sherrtf of the County of
Bergen, presented his bill for services in the exec-
utton of Harry Stscoe on the 80th day of April 1841
which bill was read and laid over till the Annual
Meeting of the Board."

Baltimore SUN, Feb. 11, 1841 (1:5) describes

Siscoe as 22 year old black and says victim's
hame was Alfred D,. Mylese
