"Southern Illinois Penitentiary, Menard, Ill.,
Dec. 11 (Friday) ~- (AP) - eeedames Jackson, 81
ear old Negro of Hast St. Louis, was the last
man to die. He paid the supreme penalty for
the slaying of his wife, Alberta Jackson, April
