Cannafax's home and obtained some tobacco and a shotgun —
from Mrs. Cannafax and returned to where he had argued
with the farm owner and shot him in the presence of three
Negro witnesses who testified as to the circumstances,
Josey was convicted at Zebulon, Ga., and he was electro-
