defendant convicted Oct. 6; warrant issued Jan. 18, 1815;
Baisler jailed in Wilkes-Barre; only recently has infor-
mation on this case been brought to light thanks to
research by Mre Thos. De Witt, Esqe of Tunkhannock; he
located an account of the trial in the WYOMING COUNTY
