miles from Mr, Wileman' s farm and 25 miles

from the town of Kingston, the said Benjamin
being in the woods with all his men except one
negro whom he left at home to take care of the
cattle, the negro then took the opportunity to
set fire to one of the corn barracks whereby the
barn took fire and other barracks so that all his
crop of wheat and other grain with 18 cows, 7

horses, 23 sheep and all his farmer's utensils
