McGahuey, a tree planter, had served a year for a morals :
offense against a small girl and was strongly suspected of
the 1957 ywerder of K&K Mineral, Wash., schoolteacher
iileanor Bolinger, Loris May Holt, a 32-year-old dry
cleaning establishment worker in Central Point, Ores, had
promised to marry him. She changed her mind, and on the
morning of Feb. 13, 1961, McGahuey bludgeoned, strangled, |
stabbed and shot her to death in her apartment and also
bludgeoned her infant son, Rod Cameron Holt, McGahuey
confessed and died in the gas chamber on Auge 2 1962, |
