SATTERFIELD, James
satterfield, a 35-year-old blackgresident of Louisville, Ky., was a m-

Pythian Hall located on the corner of Tenth and Chestnut Streets. Dur-
ing an intermission at 5 o'clock PM, he stepped across the street to a
drugsstore to drink a beer and found his girl friend sitting at the
counter with a young man named Paul Bell, Satterfield ordered the wo-~
man to leave and when she did, he called Bell a "game son-66-a-bitch,"
when Bell started to leave, Satterfield Jumped on him and Bell's older
brother, John, intervened with all three struggling back into the drug
