Stehman, a white KEKAX boiler maker employed athe Penns}kvania Steel
Works KEREXEX at Steelton, Dauphin Co,, Pa,, and his second wife,
Laura D. Stehman, Separated after a turbulent marriage and she ob-
tained employment as a house keeper for a York County trucker who
worked the market on Broad Ste in Harrisburge On Nov. 10, 1906, he
went there and met his wife who was attending with her employer,
Stehman begged her to return to Steelton with him and when she re~
fused, he shot her in the head three times. Convicted and sentenced
to die, he was hanged in the jail at Harrisburg on Dec, 12, 1907.
