WHEEZMORE, John

An article in the GALVESTON DAILY NEWS, Galveston, Tex.,
of June 13, 188), states that a sheriff had to hang his
best friend and supplied a silk noose, Jojn Wkeezmore
was hanged in Winrow (no such county) Arkansas about
March or April, 188), the exact date and crime not
stated. Hanged with a new rope with a "silk collar."
