murder, This took place in private in the county jail on
Friday afternoon, about 3 o'clock in phespance of their
sentence, They were convicted of the murder of Patrick
Maloney in the town of Cicero...The papers of this morn-
ing are filled with several columns,...They made a full] con,
fession to their priest and implicated one Kennedy as
their principal, Kennedy is. to have his trial at the next
termof court, #inan, another man who is implicated, has
turned state's evidence and is held as a witness," TIMES,
