1t of which were condemned to be hanged and the
other two to receive 1000 lashes each, testerday
7 of the condemned were carried to the gallows
where 6 were executed; the other reprieved,
Their names are as follows, viz. George Penny,
David O wen, and Yames Collin. belonging to the
regiment lately commanded by Col. Dunbar; Peter
Goldwin of the Blues, Brian. Magee of Shirley' s
regiment, and one Campb@@l ailias Hamilton alias
Johnson. The other 8 were sent the same day to
