Location: Vicksburg MS

Ex Date: 12-24-1857

Details: Slave of Absalom M. Barrow of Issaquena

County. Murdered his master ten years pre-
viously. Venue change to Warren County. He was allowed
to marry and sire three whelps while in prison. And his
family was also allowed to dwell with him therein for
the duration of his legal ordeal. This case was a fluke.
