"Yorkville, S. Ce, May 1, 1909-Love Robinson, colored, was
hanged here today for the murder of Lena Watson, a negro
girl, in April of last year, The drop fell at 11:07 and it
was hot until 20 minutes later that the negro was pronounce
dead, The negro mounted the scaffold calmly, thanking his
keepers for their kindness during his Oenrinenecee FLORIDA
