"Albert Lewis, a negro, was convicted in the Harrison Co.
(Miss.,) Circuit Court for the murder of City Marshal
Richardson of Gulfport. The fatal shot was fired by one
of the two sons of Lewis, who participated in the tragedy.
The evidence showed that there had been a conspiracy for
murder."
