prison sentences for robbery when, on Feb. 28, PRK 1963,
he killed Chinese-American grocer Joseph Ying Chiu and
wounded Mrs, Chiu in a hold-up attempt. He was identified
by Mrse Chiu and 2 other witnesses, tried and convicted,
He died in the Huntgyille prison electrict chair on
