closed. During its sitting Samuel Cook was
tried and convicted for forging a sealdd instru-
ment respecting the farm of the late Samuel
Pittingal, deceased, in order to defraud his
representatives, His execution is ordered to
be at Johnstown on the 7th day of December next,"
