White, hanged St, Joseph, Mo,, 6-29-1888, Appealed and
affirmed 8 Southwestern 227. ",...hanged at 1 pm for mur-
der of wife on April 17, 1886. Bore up bravely and denied
any intent to commit the crime, Exhibited only slight
symptoms of weakening after final preparations made, Was
to be buried by side of wife in Polish cemetery, He had
accused her of infidenities with a man living insame .
