court at Walters, Ukla. Taking of testimony began Wednes-
day. Hembreewas charged with attacking Miss Lketa Bosley,
Gainesville school teacher, near Loco, Okla., March 9, and
his brother, E. S, Hembree, received a death sentence at
Dunean, Okla., after a trial on the same charge. Ay Hem~
bree obtained a change of venue which resulted in his
