Feuger, born in St. Johns, Mich., on June 10, 1935, first was sent to
reformatory when he was lj-years-old and stole some merchandise from —
several stores. He spent nine of the next eleven years in prisonsfor ,
charges ranging from burglary to bad checks and was finally released
