He and brother-in-law, Thomas L. Logan, Rayford Stevens,
Theodore Graves and Buffell Williams went to store and
Maxwell and Stevens entered with others remaining in car,
Maxwell backed Arcomone into corner and shot him to death,
Stevens & Logan each received life imprisonment while
Williams and Graves got 12 years each, No appeal, Convict
ed on Jan, 18, 1955.
