convicted in Rockingham Co., Ne Ce, of the mrder
of RGB Peggy Alsley, was executed under the
gallowse The woman disappeared some time ago, and
the evidence went to show that Williams burned her
to death in a log pile upon the premises, some re~
mains, such as a hair pin, charred bones, etcy
having been found in a pond of water near the spote
